Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings. 3. Payment We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment. Gratuities are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your card payment. 4. Health & Safety For the safety of all clients, please inform us of any health concerns, allergies, or sensitivities before your service. We follow strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment. All tools and equipment are thoroughly sanitized after each use. 5. Children & Guests Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times for their safety. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we kindly request that you limit the number of additional guests accompanying you. 6. Refunds & Repairs If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a repair or adjustment. Refunds are not available for completed services. 7. Personal Belongings EM Nails Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure during your visit. 8.
